Damek P. Mitchell, Esq.
Damek P. Mitchell is an Associate Attorney at Nalls Davis. Damek has a strong passion for small business, civil rights, and fair housing law.
As an undergraduate at the University of Notre Dame, Damek majored in African History and worked as a research assistant focusing on the effects of British colonialism in Kenya. In May of 2024, Damek graduated from the University of Dayton School of Law. During his time at UDSL, Damek concentrated on Civil and Human Rights Law and worked as a law clerk for a small regional law firm. In the summer of 2022, Damek interned with the Dayton Human Relations Council where he conducted legal research and aided in the investigation of housing, employment, and public accommodation discrimination claims.
Damek grew up in Louisville, KY and is currently a resident of Dayton, OH. He enjoys spending time with his cat, Lamont, playing keyboard and studying Black History.
