In a significant stride towards fostering growth and inclusivity in the business landscape, Nalls Davis has partnered with the City of Dayton Human Relations Council and Chase Bank to sponsor the next steps in the PEP Passport to Success Program. This collaboration aims to empower certified Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs), Woman-Owned Business Enterprises (WBEs), Small Business Enterprises (SBEs), and Dayton Local Small Businesses (DLSBs) to achieve their fullest potential.

With the mission to nurture entrepreneurship and break down barriers that often hinder growth, the program focuses on providing vital tools for business success. These include educational workshops, personalized mentoring sessions, access to capital and funding options, and a supportive network of peers and industry experts.

Nalls Davis will provide resources and strategies to help businesses work with the support of the law, and take business strategies to the next level. Attorney Chris Nalls will lead a workshop built around mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and regulatory compliance. He’ll also have input on the relationship between a business’s legal foundation and accessing capital. Director of Business Development, Josh Nalls, will delve into the use of Artificial Intelligence as a business development tool.

The PEP Passport to Success Program stands as a beacon of hope, offering a clear pathway for MBEs, WBEs, SBEs, and DLSBs to not only survive but thrive in today's competitive business landscape. Nalls Davis, the City of Dayton, and Chase Bank have united their strengths to ignite change, elevate local businesses, and drive sustainable growth, setting a remarkable example for communities far and wide.
